Poetry Day Eight

 I'm really, really bad at these so this poem is kind of ironic.

Goals - a poem by me

Goals are funny

because most of the time

I don't remember mine.

Goals can be useful

especially when remembered

used to remind us of everything we need to do.

clean my room

clean my car

put money in the bank

eat healthy

check on friends

check on myself.

I cleaned my room

but please do not look at my car.

I used all the money in the bank on gas

but I used some cash to buy some fruit.

I checked on my friends

and checked myself out.

Because goals are just not made for me.
